This is my 20th year in Education.  I began my career as a high school English teacher, then became a K-12 ELA Instructional Coach supporting 4 schools, then a site-based Academic Literacy Coach at a high school, then a K-8 Principal, and now I am thrilled to be part of SCOE as a Director in the School of Education supporting Teacher Induction.  I have a terrific partner, Tammy Patten, who I co-lead the program with.  I have a true passion for supporting teachers and administrators to ultimately create a positive learning environment where students can thrive.
