Kristina Baldwin
My name is Kristina Baldwin. I am the Director of Curriculum, Instruction & Induction for Hanford Elementary School District. I run the new teacher and new administrator Induction Programs for my district. I was a teacher for 8 years (K-3), Learning Director/VP for 6 years, and an Elementary School Principal for 8 years. This is my second year in my Director position and have a passion for helping new teachers and new administrators. My WHY is supporting students, staff and parents in a safe and successful school environment. I am excited to be attending the CA Induction Conference!
