James Webb has been in education for over twenty years as a classroom English teacher and Induction mentor. Currently, he is a Consultant in Teacher Preparation with the Professional Services Division as the lead consultant with the Education Specialist CalTPA. Prior to his work with the Commission, he served as the Induction Director for the William S. Hart Union High School District where he oversaw both the district's Teacher and Administrator Induction Programs. He also worked with the CTC on various task groups and activities, including the Accreditation Strengthening & Streamlining focus group, CalAPA Design Team, and BIR. Mr. Webb also served a term as a K-12 representative on the Committee on Accreditation. James was elected in November 2020 as a governing board member for the Hart District.
