Mike has served as a classroom teacher, Learning Coordinator, Vice Principal, Middle School Principal, Area Administrator and now serves as the Executive Director of New Teacher Development. As a principal, Mike had the privilege of leading successful teams that worked diligently to completely transform and build positive school cultures. Mike was instrumental in implementing innovative MTSS structures which resulted in some amazing data outcomes. Mike's passion is to empower decision makers to cultivate a culture of creativity through trusting relationships and create coherence so that schools can flourish!
