For most Induction programs, we have the enormous task of managing hundreds of important documents and data on a daily basis and most of us wish we had better access and visibility of it all in real-time. In this session, you will learn how to use spreadsheets to build your own type of learning management system (LMS) to create, manage, organize, and deliver online materials to your induction program participants (teachers, administrators and program leaders knowledge). The primary purpose of any LMS is to provide and simplify learning in your organization and keep your participants up-to-date. Learn how you can organize and manage your online program (enrollment, individualized learning plans, time logs, certifications, etc.), participants, results, and analyze your program’s effectiveness in real-time.
