One of the most challenging areas in a large urban school district is providing the necessary like credentialed support and feedback for new Education Specialist teachers as well as addressing the retention of male teachers. During the presentation, Participants will have the opportunity to gain an understanding of the: • Video Recording model used in a large urban school district to support new teachers in their programs • Opportunity to view and provide insight into sample video’s from coaching conversations and triad meetings • Initial findings on the new Male Teacher cohorts
