Join us to discuss an overview of the 21CSLA purpose and its no-cost, equity-focused professional learning offerings. During this session, presenters will highlight 21CSLA State Center and Regional Academies and the professional learning opportunities that can be utilized by induction programs (e.g. communities of practice, webinars, coaching). We will take time to collectively examine these professional learning opportunities and link the work directly to equity-focused induction. The session is designed to provide interactive examples of the variety of professional learning opportunities connected to induction programs in a state and local context. Webinars, briefs, and additional resources will be provided as part of this session, along with the opportunity for participants to plan how they will take advantage of these free resources for their candidates.
