In this engaging and interactive session, the Butte Teacher Induction Program will share how they effectively communicate with induction partners and provide ongoing feedback to mentors and candidates throughout the year to build relationships and elevate individualized professional learning opportunities. Focusing on Induction Standards 1 and 6 as our foundation for discussion and exploration, session participants will engage in a professional learning experience that includes facilitated discussion, interactive activities and links to relevant resources that may be adapted to fit your program's needs! Get ready to engage, interact, and leave this session with tools to elevate your own program's communication and feedback!
