Can educators thrive? Or is burnout inevitable? During this session, you’ll hear from three induction program leaders who have been working to offer participants in their respective programs personal development training that is empirically proven to increase well-being. Each of these leaders have taken a unique approach to embedding personal development experiences into their existing supports. Join us and learn about the five most common pitfalls leading to teacher burnout. Practice two strategies empirically proven to increase well-being. And see why 84% of participants in this program have reported that what they’ve learned has made teaching feel more sustainable.
