2023 California Induction Conference

Do you know where your program is working well and where it needs help? How are you demonstrating the excellence of your program and its participants? Does preparing for CTC Accreditation feel formidable and relentless? Have you ever longed for collegial support in your role? How would it feel if you gained additional pairs of experienced eyes to help craft and refine the message you wish to convey? Sinclair Research Group (SRG) and several program partners will showcase the systems that help to collect feedback efficiently, identify needs and trends, and guide their programs. These partnerships have enabled program leaders to focus their time on what is most crucial. You will experience some tools that demonstrate candidate competence, collect evidence around program effectiveness, streamline professional learning feedback, and support partners throughout the seven-year CTC Accreditation Cycle.

Breakout session attendees will be entitled to SRG’s complimentary support in developing and using one tool in their program (such as assessing mentor professional learning needs or acquiring feedback on candidate competence). This will include data collection, analysis, and reporting.
