Supporting equitable instruction for all learners requires a different approach to data analysis and program systems refinement than in previous educational paradigms.  Learn about how L.A. Unified’s Teacher Growth & Induction Program updated and streamlined their data collection systems, analysis and practices to meet current program stakeholder needs.

Using two innovative conceptual frameworks to elevate stakeholder voices, as well as an inquiry-driven action planning template and process, learn about how these implementations have created a space for continuous program improvement analysis and dialogue.  Facilitators will discuss the incredible impact that analyzing various levels of data has had on creating new program systems and offerings in service to candidates, mentors, and students district wide.
