Join this session as we explore developing as antiracist educators through ongoing mentoring professional development to support teachers in designing ILPs that are equity focused. Participants will have an opportunity to explore SC/SVNTP’s processes and engage in collaborative conversations with other Induction colleagues. This will include discussions around mentor goal setting, teacher learning opportunities, and the ILP process.
