Participants will explore the LAUSD Coaching Competencies Rubric that help educators engage in meaningful coaching cycles that build the capacity of staff. After an interactive 60 minutes session, participants will walk away with easy-to-use tools that optimize conditions for reflection and promote a cycle of improvement through the Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) cycle.
