This session will discuss coaching new administrators in the Clear Administrative Services Credential (CASC) Program to be equity-driven leaders. We will share tools and resources for coaches and candidates to help candidates develop Individualized Induction Plans (IIP) and SMARTE goals through the lens of equity. We help candidates and coaches understand the equity gaps through data and walk attendees through the process of developing IIP SMARTE goals to address these data gaps. We also share a tool on how to embed coaching for equity in the IIP. Attendees will practice using sample IIP/SMARTE goals and the coaching for equity map which contains examples of Coaching for Equity questions.
