Dr. Thuong Horne is Coordinator of State and Federal Programs as well as New Teacher Induction at Saddleback Valley Unified School District. As part of the Induction team, she's helped developed a robust mentor support system that includes the Mentor Coaching Cycle. Recently, Edutopia published her article "Mentoring the Mentor". When not working, she enjoys walking her dogs and running marathons.
